1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "tl777", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the tl777 platform at tl777.app, operating under PAGCOR authorization.
• "Platform" means the tl777 website (tl777.app), all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any service offered therein.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any registered user of the tl777 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player to access the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the electronic balance held within a Player's Account denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins credits, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player via supported payment methods, net of any applicable bonus conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and address verification procedures required under PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing tl777's operations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tl777 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the tl777 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tl777 under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3. Account Registration

To access tl777 services and place real-money wagers, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the tl777 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, mobile number, and email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. Any changes to your personal details must be updated promptly via Account Settings or through the tl777 support team.
• tl777 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any registration information at any time, including during the KYC process.
• Accounts registered using false, misleading, or third-party information will be permanently closed. Any funds held in such accounts at the time of closure may be forfeited subject to tl777's AML obligations.

4. Age Verification & Eligibility

21+ Under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter) and applicable PAGCOR regulations, participation in casino-style online gambling is restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and access real-money gambling services on tl777.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines. Access to tl777 may be restricted in certain jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
• tl777 will conduct age verification as part of the KYC process. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID) confirming your date of birth.
• Any Account found to have been created by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed. All funds deposited by an underage Account holder will be returned to the source payment method; any winnings accrued will be forfeited.
• You agree not to allow any person under the age of 21 to access your Account or use your login credentials.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tl777 login credentials, including your username and password. The following security obligations apply:

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. tl777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• You must notify tl777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• tl777 may implement two-factor authentication (2FA) and device verification measures. You agree to cooperate with these security procedures.
• tl777 reserves the right to suspend any Account that exhibits unusual login patterns, including logins from previously unregistered devices or geographic locations inconsistent with the Account holder's profile.

6. Deposits

The following terms apply to all deposits made to a tl777 Account Wallet:

• All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, and select Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank). Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your Wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to be reflected.
• tl777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your name.
• tl777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account in the Player's name, in compliance with AML obligations.
• You are solely responsible for any deposit fees charged by your payment provider. tl777 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits.

7. Withdrawals

The following terms govern withdrawals from your tl777 Account Wallet:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your name. tl777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. tl777 reserves the right to request identity and address documentation prior to approving any withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya — typically within 5 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers — 1 to 3 banking business days.
• tl777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding amounts specified in its AML compliance policy. Processing times for such withdrawals may be extended accordingly.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are subject to the Player's current KYC verification status and VIP tier.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the promotion's specific terms.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

tl777 may offer promotions, bonuses, cashback, free spin credits, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible tl777 accounts only. tl777 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for any promotion.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period specified in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus funds that have not been wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• tl777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Any Player found to be engaging in Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting low-variance games to meet wagering requirements — will have their bonus voided and may have their Account suspended.

9. Gameplay Rules

The following general gameplay rules apply across all tl777 game categories. Specific game rules are detailed within each game's individual help documentation accessible via the Platform.

• All real-money wagers are final once confirmed. tl777 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets under any circumstances.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including loss of connectivity or server error — tl777 will endeavor to settle the affected round in accordance with the game's fair-play rules. If a round cannot be fairly completed, the wager will be refunded to the Player's Wallet.
• Game results displayed on the Platform are final. tl777's records of all game outcomes and transactions constitute the definitive record in the event of any dispute.
• tl777 may suspend or remove any game from the Platform at any time. Open wagers on suspended games will be settled or refunded at tl777's discretion in accordance with fair-play principles.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tl777 Platform and will result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per individual.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial activity in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or exploit to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players or dealers to manipulate game outcomes.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account, including any person under the age of 21.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes against tl777 in bad faith.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the tl777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, live stream content, and user interface elements — is the property of tl777 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Platform content without the prior written consent of tl777.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• tl777 provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues.
• tl777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical error, loss of data, or service interruption.
• tl777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits tl777's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13. Responsible Gaming

tl777 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from Account Settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session timeout reminders and hard limits.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent account closure for players who wish to cease all gambling activity on tl777.

14. Account Closure

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting tl777 customer support. Upon closure:

• Any Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after KYC verification, subject to standard processing times.
• Any uncompleted wagering requirements on Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.
• tl777 may close any Account at its sole discretion where a Player is found to have breached these Terms & Conditions, without obligation to provide advance notice.
• Following Account closure, you will no longer be able to access any gameplay history or transaction records through the Platform, though tl777 retains such records in accordance with its data retention obligations.

15. Amendments

tl777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tl777 will notify registered Players via the Platform or via email to the registered address on file. The effective date of the amended Terms will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the tl777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and tl777 arising from these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform, the following dispute resolution procedure applies:

1. Initial Contact: The Player must first contact tl777 Customer Support via 24/7 Live Chat and allow a reasonable opportunity (not less than 10 business days) for the matter to be resolved informally.
2. PAGCOR Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution procedures.
3. Philippine Courts: Any dispute not resolved through the above steps shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
